After an intentionally set fire ruins his wax musem, he starts rebuilding it by murdering unsuspecting visitors and encasing them in wax. When a group of teens on their way to a football game come across the town, they are chosen as the next victims. The only thing that can stop him is his assistant who suspects whats going on but can't prove it.
