If "greatness is thrust upon us," as Winston Churchill once said, then it's equally true that those who are destined
for greatness are rarely aware of it. Take Jack and Bobby McCallister, for example: two bright young brothers growing up under
the watchful eye of their eccentric single mother. Her personality is a force of nature destined to shape both of these young
men's lives and secure one a place in the history books - as future President of the United States.
Though the show's set in present day it's narroated by the staffers and first lady of President McCallister who just
entered office. We're given flash fowards and snap shot interviews of the future, and the end result of the mind that was
molded to beat the odds and become the mid- century's presidential leader.

Keri Lynn Pratt (she played the annoying daughter on The
Help) has joined the Jack and Bobby cast as a recurring character, playing Jack's ex- girlfriend.
AOL and The WB have teamed up to air sneak peeks for Jack
and Bobby. AOL users can see the full uninterrupted pilot episode of the show online a week
before it goes to air. Until then you can see the trailer online. This marks the first time that a team up between the
two results in a full episode, in the past it has only been for parts.
Jack and Bobby will premiere in it's normal time
slot on Sundays at 9/8c at Sept 12, 04.
